Abstract
The relevance of the survey is determined by the need to understand the essence of consulting activities in higher education institutions in the context of Ukraine's European integration aspirations. An analysis of the state of consulting activity in institutions of higher education was carried out. The purpose of the study is to determine the main trends in the implementation and implementation of consulting activities in institutions of higher education, which are developing against the background of conditions of uncertainty in accordance with the requirements of the European integration aspirations of the state. To analyze the state of consulting activities in the context of Ukraine's European integration aspirations, theoretical and empirical research methods were implemented, namely: analysis, comparison, synthesis, generalization, systematization. The article outlines the rapid growth of consulting services, which determines the development of consulting activities and precedes significant losses caused by mistakes made by managers in management activities. It is highlighted that consulting activity in higher education institutions of Ukraine has evolved from professional training to solving a number of problems in labor relations, social security, management, etc. As a result of the analysis of the state of consulting activities in institutions of higher education in the conditions of Ukraine's European integration aspirations, the necessity of designing consulting activities is emphasized. The article examines and discloses the state of designing consulting activities in institutions of higher education. It is noted that the specified activity is aimed at improving the quality of education and educational activity, is an effective mechanism for meeting the needs of subjects of educational activity, and forming a positive image of educational institutions. Attention is focused on the conducted scientific and theoretical analysis of the design of consulting activities, the main requirements for implementation are highlighted. The article emphasizes the necessity of designing consulting activities in institutions of higher education. Emphasis is placed on the importance of projecting the activities of the manager of a higher education institution, especially to the European integration aspirations of the state, such as democratization, diversification, internationalization, mobility, etc. The difficulties and contradictions inherent in the formation of the European integration practice of designing consulting activities in higher education institutions are outlined.
