Abstract

The relevance of the review study is determined by the conditions of uncertainty of our country, which today drive the economy, science, culture, education, industry and determine the development of educational consulting. The rapid growth of consulting services is emphasized, which determines the development of consulting activities, which precedes significant losses caused by mistakes made by managers in management activities, etc. The importance of management consulting in modern educational activities of the manager of a higher education institution is emphasized, especially in the conditions of global challenges, such as internationalization, mobility, democratization, diversification, etc. The article emphasizes the importance and necessity of understanding the role of the manager of a higher education institution in conditions of uncertainty against the background of socio-economic crises, when an innovative culture of management of an educational institution is being formed. The essence of consulting activity in a higher education institution has been considered and revealed. A scientific and theoretical analysis of the design of consulting activities in a higher education institution in conditions of uncertainty was carried out, and the main requirements for their implementation were determined. The model, which will be introduced into the management process precisely with the help of designing consulting activities, with the production and implementation of innovative changes, taking into account the regional specificity of activity, external and internal factors, is characterized. The technology of designing consulting activities in a higher education institution in conditions of uncertainty is revealed. The step-by-step introduction of component parts of the technology based on the implementation of project activities is reflected. The article examines the difficulties and contradictions inherent in the formation of the informational and advisory environment of a higher education institution and the development of consulting activities in the field of education.
