Abstract
The author makes an attempt to analyse theoretical approaches to the problem of management of educational institutions for persons with special needs, including inclusive ones. The essence of the concept of innovation management, its functions are theoretically analysed, the stages of implementation of innovations in an educational institution are considered, the factors that facilitate the adoption and implementation of inclusion in preschool institutions are considered. It is stated that the rapid development and modernisation of society makes the education system in Ukraine change, and the increase in the number of children with special educational needs encourages changes in approaches to the management of educational institutions, therefore, attention is being paid to the competence of heads of educational institutions and their readiness for innovative activities. It is substantiated that an important aspect of the management of preschool education institutions is the management activities of managers to ensure the development and functioning of the institution at the proper level, improve the quality of educational services, and improve the educational process. As a result, it is concluded that the application of innovations in the management of preschool education institutions will be effective provided that the necessary level of innovation readiness of managers and teaching staff of these institutions is formed. It is proved that the management of preschool education institutions with the use of innovations improves the quality of educational services and affects the effective organisation of inclusive education.
