Abstract
The theoretical justification of the model of professional and personal development of the teacher is highlighted. The analysis was carried out and external and internal risks that could affect the level of professional and personal development of a teacher in the conditions of informal and informal education were identified. A model of the structural-functional type was chosen, which helps to track the role of the informational and analytical resource "Methodical Treasury" and its influence on the professional and personal development of the teacher at BINPO. Emphasis is placed on methodical support of the teacher's professional development by means of information and analytical resources in the inter-course period.
