Abstract

This article examines the main changes in the labor market and the specifics of the demand for qualified workers under martial law. Military conflicts and associated economic instability lead to significant changes in the structure of employment, demand for various professions and qualifications. Martial law significantly changes the labor market, creating new challenges and opportunities. Demand for skilled workers in certain industries is increasing, while other sectors are facing significant cuts. Successful response to these changes requires flexibility, adaptability and readiness to retrain employees.
