Abstract

Everyone has the right to education, regardless of age, sex, race, state of health, disability, citizenship, nationality, political, religious or other beliefs, skin color, place of residence, language of communication, origin, social and property status, as well as other circumstances and signs. Everyone has the right to quality and affordable education, living in unstable conditions or during emergencies and crises. Teachers become agents of change, those who realize this right. Therefore, the state should ensure the professional development of teachers, which will allow them to show their highest professional qualities and skills, which are important especially in the conditions of crises and challenges. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of factors, leading factors, foreign experience, innovative technologies for the development of the professional competence of teachers of vocational higher education institutions. The article describes the professional development of teachers as an important tool in building human potential through improving the quality of education, forming key skills, and stimulating the development of education seekers. The key aspects and main strategies of supporting the well-being of teachers of vocational higher education institutions in the conditions of crisis and challenges are outlined. Strategies for increasing the motivation of teachers of vocational pre-higher education institutions for professional development are substantiated. The implementation of mentoring in an educational institution is defined as one of the ways to ensure the professional development of teachers of vocational pre-higher education institutions. On the basis of scientific publications, the ways of ensuring the professional development of teachers of vocational pre-higher education institutions were analyzed. Innovative approaches and practices of professional growth are proposed as an important component of realizing the potential of scientific and pedagogical workers in institutions of vocational pre-higher education.
