Abstract

Psychological and pedagogical support and adaptation of children with visual impairments is currently one of the most important problems of educational work. Living for a long time in the conditions of martial law and closed space, children do not have the opportunity to independently and fully integrate into social life. The issues of socialization of preschool children become more actual with the age of the child, who enters a new space of life - preschool childhood, in which the perception of the environment and others, sensory and figurative ways of knowing, acquiring social experience are formed. The socialisation of children with visual impairments is carried out in three main areas. The first is to improve the social and psychological competence of children. That is, the ability of children with visual impairments to effectively interact with the surrounding people in the system of interpersonal relations. The second is to expand the everyday and social experience of children with visual impairment. To do this, it is necessary to connect any theoretical knowledge with practice and the surrounding reality. The third is to develop in children with impaired vision the perception of their social role and attitude towards others, successful social and psychological adaptation.
