Abstract

In a volatile educational environment, primary school pupils often face challenges that require special attention to their adaptation and recovery capabilities. Focusing on the individual needs and capabilities of the child helps to find effective tools to compensate for losses in basic skills and abilities, taking into account the development of children's psychology and the characteristics of the age period. The creation of various programs aimed at the development of soft skills plays a key role in ensuring successful training and preparation for modern challenges.
