Abstract
For a long time, many countries around the world have accumulated experience in identifying, diagnosing and developing giftedness in children. A theoretical base was created for the development of a gifted personality. In Ukraine, there are a large number of educational institutions that make the development of a gifted personality their main task. However, the problem of diagnosing the main parameters of teacher giftedness was and remains relevant, especially in wartime conditions. Violation of stability in the social environment naturally and quickly affects the quality of education of senior school pupils, changing their life choices. Educational losses have a cumulative effect and also affect gifted pupils, for whose development a lot of attention was usually paid and certain conditions were created. Therefore, diagnosing the degree of "melting" of personal achievements of pupils is an important task that requires updating and improving diagnostic tests and methods in accordance with the requirements of society. The purpose of the article is to prove the relevance and importance of diagnosing the main parameters of children's giftedness by teachers, identifying a decrease in their personal achievements and developing specific mechanisms for their compensation together with all participants in the educational process.
