Abstract
The article deals with a systematic analysis of the content of “foreign language learning personalization” on the basis of literature analysis. Through an extensive analysis of foreign literature, the work seeks to refine the understanding of this concept. The key aspects of the concept are clarified with consideration of foreign scientific experience. A structured definition of the concept of “foreign language learning personalization” is proposed, its main components are identified. It has been found that in order to ensure the personalization of foreign language learning in the educational process of higher education institutions, there is a need to integrate theory and existing practical experience. The primary objectives are to discern key aspects, considering international scholarly experience, and to provide a structured definition of the concept. The ultimate goal is to improve the efficacy of foreign language teaching and learning in higher education through personalization. The analysis of foreign scientific literature allows us to consider the personalisation of foreign language learning as a comprehensive pedagogical method based on an individual approach to each student in order to maximize the adaptation of the educational process to their personal needs, cognitive interests, motives, skills, learning styles and emotional state. The following components of foreign language learning personalization are identified: individualization of educational content, application of a variety of technologies, methods and learning techniques; assessment adapted to the individual needs of each student, active involvement of students in the educational process, intercultural approach, stimulation of independence and self-regulation.
