Abstract

Among the surveyed pedagogical workers of ZP(PT)O, the majority were masters of industrial training, women, middle-aged persons with 20-30 years of teaching experience. 15% of respondents have a high level of emotional and professional burnout, average - 39%, low - 46%. According to the position, a higher level of professional burnout is characterized by masters of industrial training, by age - elderly people, by teaching experience - people with considerable experience (over 30 years), by gender, no such patterns were found. The results of the correlation analysis indicate the presence of close relationships between all indicators of professional burnout.
