Abstract
For the effective work of the teaching staff, measures to prevent conflict situations are appropriate. It is necessary to formulate a clear structure of communication lines, familiarize the entire team with it, it is also effective to create a system of daily coordination between the management and teachers to create priority areas of work for the day, week, month. It is important to understand that stability in the activity of a teacher is important for overcoming stress. The state of martial law, the conditions of the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, can create great problems in the teaching staff, and it must be borne in mind that conflict disputes cannot be avoided. The stability of the activity of an educational institution depends on the effectiveness of overcoming and preventing conflicts, it is influenced by: the scale of dysfunctional consequences, the elimination of the causes of contradictions, the probability of contradictory clashes. Conflict management is one of the activities of educational institutions. The success in solving difficult tasks due to the martial law situation, as well as the creation of a certain socio-psychological climate in the teaching staff, depends on the conflict logic competence of teachers and management.
