Abstract

Overcoming the problem of conflict in social and labor relations and establishing a real social partnership is impossible without a real transition to a socially oriented scenario of economic development, which will allow not only to overcome the phenomenon of alienation in relations between employers and employees, but also to ensure the formation and development of human capital, its high return , to optimize regulation of the social and labor sphere in a transitional economy with a further focus on building a post-industrial society.
