Abstract

The program in the field of postgraduate education for persons with a higher education is determined by the social significance and the objective need for education in the effective development of the professional level of pedagogical workers in the conditions of the implementation of the Concept of the Development of Science and Mathematics Education (STEM-education), the new State standard of basic secondary education;due to the rapid pace of updating knowledge in the modern information society, the challenges of decentralization, diversification and demonopolization of postgraduate pedagogical education; the need to develop and implement new technologies for self-development and self-improvement of pedagogical workers, taking into account their personal and professional requests and needs, professional experience; conditions of professional activities for the development of STEM education; global and local educational opportunities in all sectors of education - formal, informal and informal.
