Abstract

The effectiveness of partnership interaction between educators and employers in jointly solving career guidance issues among young people and popularization of light industry professions and professional education on the basis of public-private partnership (hereinafter PPP) is substantiated. The factors of personnel problems of the industry are determined and an example of a popularization program is presented based on the 7-year experience of cooperation of the NGO "National industry partnership in light industry "Fashion Globus Ukraine" with the professional education system for training personnel for light industry.
