Abstract
The theses investigate key trends in the implementation of dual education systems and cluster policies as means to ensure effective interaction between vocational education and the labor market. The advantages of the dual education system, which combines theoretical learning in educational institutions with practical training at workplaces, are examined. The role of cluster policies in creating partnerships between educational institutions, businesses, and regional authorities is analyzed, highlighting their contribution to adapting educational programs to labor market needs. In the context of EU-Ukraine cooperation, modern vocational education and training models of the European Union countries are studied as sources of innovative experience, which help enhance the prestige and status of national vocational education while promoting its reform and integration into the European and global educational and scientific space. Based on the research, the main factors for successful implementation of dual education and cluster initiatives are identified, and recommendations are proposed to enhance their effectiveness.
