Abstract

The theses present the key results of the pilot project "Modern Skills for Human Capital and Labor Market Growth." The project's goal was to explore and implement innovative methods for developing qualification skills that meet the demands of the modern labor market. The project included trendwatching in the labor market, technology transfer, and the integration of innovative production technologies into educational programs. The results showed that addressing the task of developing modern qualification skills lies in ensuring that institutions of vocational and higher education adopt contemporary approaches focused on adaptability and flexibility, practical experience, technological innovations, critical thinking and problem-solving, collaboration and communication, motivation, and engagement. The content of specialist training should focus on the use of innovative production technologies.
