Abstract

Strategic management of skilled workers in the period of post-war recovery is one of the key aspects of successful economic development of Ukraine. This study focuses on the importance of effective human resource management to ensure stable and sustainable economic growth in post-conflict reconstruction. Methods and approaches to the selection, development and retention of skilled workers that can contribute to the reconstruction of the economy are considered. Internal and external factors affecting the labor market are analyzed, including economic, social, political and technological factors. The role of the government and the private sector in creating favorable conditions for the development of labor resources is investigated. Special attention is paid to issues of retraining and improving the qualifications of workers, as well as the development of strategic programs to attract and retain talented specialists. The abstract outlines the main aspects of the research aimed at studying effective strategies for managing skilled workers in the context of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.
