Abstract
Strategic management of human resources in the field of education is a key aspect for the successful functioning of the modern educational environment. This topic examines the processes of selection, development and retention of talents in the education system in view of the strategic goals and requirements of the modern labor market. The importance of integrating strategic approaches to human resource management with methods of selecting qualified employees, their further development and retention in educational institutions is analyzed. Factors affecting the effectiveness of human resource management in modern education are investigated, including internal and external factors such as competition in the labor market, changes in educational policy, technological innovations and socio-economic transformations. This abstract offers an overview of the topic of strategic human resource management in education and identifies key aspects considered in research on this topic.
