Abstract

The labor market of Ukraine is undergoing significant transformations, particularly in the context of the demand for qualified workers. This topic examines the main factors influencing this demand, taking into account economic, social and political aspects. The influence of economic growth, investment activity and development of key sectors of the economy on the need for qualified personnel is considered. Particular attention is paid to sectors showing the greatest demand for specialists, such as IT, construction, energy and agriculture.
