Abstract
The war in Ukraine led to drastic changes in the labor market, affecting labor supply and demand, the sectoral structure of employment and working conditions. This topic examines the main transformations that have taken place since the beginning of the military conflict and their impact on specialists in various fields. Special attention is paid to the role of state and international organizations in supporting the labor market during the war. State employment programs, international humanitarian aid and retraining projects are key elements of the strategy to overcome the consequences of the war for the labor market.
