Abstract

Today, there is a significant number of programs developed and approved at the state level, in particular: the National Doctrine of the Development of Education of the 21st Century, the "Teacher" program, the law «On Higher Education» is constantly changing and updated. The principle in this matter is that a young person should become a democratic, humane, competitive person in the world space. Education, in turn, based on the national idea, should form such national interests and traits in the youth that could meet the needs of society. An urgent and problematic issue in Ukraine is the preparation of the younger generation for life in the system of democratic relations. The actual formation of a culture of democratic thinking, behavior and practice should be created on the basis of democratic and spiritual values. Today, the eternal questions «what is a person», «how is a personality born», «why to teach and how to educate» are in the center of public consciousness. In the modern school, the concept of the soul as an attribute of spirituality, integrity of the subject is being revived. and acts as a process of understanding oneself, one's family, state, nation, humanity. Most educators believe in a person-oriented approach. Its essence, basically, is to consider the student in the education system not as a means, but as the goal of education, that is, he should become a subject of training, upbringing and development. The goal is to determine the priorities of modern education as a subject ofphilosophical and educational reflection in the direction of a pedagogical, modern problem. In the new educational paradigm, the learner becomes the subject of cognitive activity, and not the object of pedagogical action. That is why dialogic relations between teacher and student, teacher and student determine the main forms of organization of the educational process, direct it to the formation and development of the student's ability to independently develop a complete system of solving professional problems, stimulating the needs of a productive and creative nature. The modern typology of forms of educational activity, according to the traditional classification based on the number of students participating in the educational activity, includes three groups: mass, group and individual. It is sufficiently studied and described and allows the teacher to work creatively and vividly. In a broad context, the term «pedagogical education» refers to the professional training of persons related to the education and upbringing of the younger generation. Peculiarities of pedagogical education are determined by increased social, moral-ethical, cognitive, communicative, etc. requirements for the professional activity and personality of the teacher, pedagogue, teacher, educator as a subject of pedagogical communication and educational process.
