Abstract

The role of the socio-anthropological factor in the actualization of the question of man as the highest value, his mentality and identity became especially acute after the declaration of Ukraine's independence. Anthropological ideas of the philosophy of education and upbringing at the modern stage correspond to the most important needs of a person in the socio-cultural space of Ukraine, where taking into account the peculiarities of ethno-national roots becomes one of the factors of the effectiveness of state reforms, helps to adjust national politics and ethno-politics, ensures the formation and development of the people's selfawareness, its national self-identification. The study of man from the point of view of socio-thilosophical anthropology is a long process that directly covered the entire period of formation of the diaspora in general. For a long time, Ukrainian emigrants remained the only source of knowledge about the religion, history, culture and language of our country. Representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the best assets of European and world culture. By the concept of «religious thinkers» we mean figures of the church clergy, and «secular philosophers» - representatives of philosophical culture who did not have a spiritual rank. Moreover, we will divide these studies into two types - religious (I. Ogienko, I. Ortynskyi, I. Shevtsiv, S. Yarmus, etc.) and secular direction (I. Mirchuk, O. Kulchytskyi, D. Chyzhevskyi, M. Shlemkevich, V Yaniv et al.). Man in his relationship with the universe, the harmony of the individual and the Absolute - these motifs permeate the works of Ukrainian diaspora thinkers. XX - beginning XXI century The idea of philanthropy characterizes, in particular, the philosophical concept of D. Chizhevsky. In his philosophical and anthropological views, D. Chyzhevsky considered each person, with his individual uniqueness, to be an equally valuable and important element of the «moral universe». M. Shlemkevych considered the moral ideal, the «incarnated foundation» to be the driving force of the spiritual progress of human existence. The thinker built a hierarchy of moral ideals of our society. Yes, the base of the pyramid of moral ideals is a «decent person». The highest step in the hierarchy of society is the «ideological person». According to M. Shlemkevych, although the «ideological person» remains decent, she has a different lifestyle. For such a person, service to society comes first. The balance of society is ensured by the balance of the world of «decent man» and the creative spirit. The pyramid of moral ideals is the key to strong citizenship. The achievements in the religious-philosophical realm of the representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora, having great value in the context of finding new ideas, rethinking one's own past and understanding the essence of modern anthropological research, are a reflection of those socio-cultural realities in the context of which their biographies and creative heritage unfolded. It should be noted that the anthropological paradigm of Ukrainian diaspora figures is distinguished by a broad cultural context in which both religious tradition and the achievements of national and world philosophical thought were synthesized.
