Abstract

An attempt was made to examine the meaning of the concept of «innovation» in the concept of G. Tard, one of the founders of social psychology; taking into account the basic provisions of the theory (the ratio of the mass, crowd, association, public union with their leaders), assumptions are made regarding the interaction and the degree of influence on the expansion of innovative ideas in the process of interaction of scientific communities (participants of scientific events).
