Abstract

The thesis analyzes the factors that influence the professional development of lecturers in colleges. A lecturer can study innovative activities and apply them in pairs for pedagogical activity. Also, the quality of student learning depends on the principles of the lecturer. Initiative and creativity of a lecturer is a sign of professional development of a lecturer.
