Abstract

The thesis highlights the self-education of lecturers as a continuous movement towards excellence of a professional employee at universities. Today, lifelong learning is the main indicator that a lecturer is constantly improving pedagogical knowledge and strives to improve and implement innovative methods and knowledge gained during continuous self-study by a lecturer.
