Abstract
The informational and analytical resource "Methodical Treasury" plays an extremely important role in the overall system of professional and personal development of the P(PT) teacher at the Belotserk Institute of Continuing Professional Education. The process of professional growth is interconnected with the processing of information arrays and analytical processing of data in order to obtain new knowledge.The ability to work with large flows of information, to creatively use effective search and processing methods, to find and recognize the authenticity of sources, to create original methodological developments with the introduction of innovative pedagogical technologies are the minimum requirements for a teacher in the postgraduate education system.One of the functions of the information methodical and analytical resource "Methodical Treasury" is to combine and preserve practice-oriented methodical developments, search and provide information to teachers according to their request. The interactive description of the bank of advanced pedagogical experience of the informational and analytical resource "Methodical Treasury" was developed for advanced training courses for teachers of vocational training (PT) in various forms of education.The purpose of the description is methodical support for professional development and/or improvement of the professional competence of ZP(PT)O teachers regarding the implementation of methodical work as the ability to develop an educational and methodological complex for industrial training and industrial practice; use digital technologies to solve methodical tasks; to be capable of innovative activity, approbation and distribution of its results; analyze and use positive pedagogical practice.
