Abstract

The article describes the main types of responses to stressful and traumatic events; conditions requiring emergency psychological assistance based on the multivariate theory of Stephen Porges. It is indicated what features of neuroception, correlation and autonomic hierarchy should be taken into account when applying self-regulation techniques and providing emergency psychological assistance in case of severe reactions to stress.
