Abstract
The issue of gender equality is gaining particular relevance worldwide, especially in Ukraine in the context of European integration processes and the new Strategy for Implementing Gender Equality in Education, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on December 20, 2022. Despite military challenges, education remains a key element in shaping the values, principles, and norms that support Ukrainian society's struggle for independence. Kindergartens play an important role in implementing state policies to ensure equal rights and opportunities for women and men, instilling the corresponding norms and values in children. The introduction of gender equality in the educational process is not only an urgent need of the time but also an important step towards creating a just and equitable society. Raising children in a spirit of gender equality helps neutralize stereotypes, promotes personal development, reduces violence and discrimination, and prepares children for interaction in a modern diverse society. The purpose of these materials is to expand kindergarten educators' understanding of gender equality and provide them with tools to create an inclusive and equitable environment for children.
