Abstract

Ukrainian society is facing challenges related to the war, which causes physical injuries to both military personnel and civilians. Modern technologies and medical innovations, such as robotic prostheses, help people with amputations restore their physical abilities, creating a new category of people – cyborgs. Along with physical recovery, there is a need for psychological preparation of society, especially children, for integration with this new reality. Kindergartens and educational institutions play a key role in forming a tolerant attitude towards cyborgs among children, ensuring an inclusive environment and fostering mutual understanding. The aim of the article is to systematically address the issue of forming a tolerant attitude towards cyborgs among preschool children in modern Ukrainian society, taking into account technological achievements and social challenges, including the war. The article provides educators and parents with tools and strategies to create a positive environment conducive to the psychological adaptation of children and the formation of a tolerant attitude towards cyborgs.
