Abstract

The publication examines the use of IT company tools for managing IT specialists in terms of personal and professional growth, and shaping the development of an IT specialist according to the needs of the company through the coordinated efforts of IT specialists and their managers. Each company should have competent and effective managers who can successfully cope with tasks at the operational or strategic level, as well as in matters of functionality or personnel management. The company should help to improve the capabilities of its managers, but managers should also develop and improve their leadership skills on their own, both through informal education and through classical formal education.
