Abstract
The methodical manual is aimed at individualization of instruction at career-oriented high school amid blended learning. The manual reveals the problem of individualization of instruction at career-oriented high school amid blended learning, highlights the theoretical foundations for the organization of instruction at career-oriented high school amid blended learning, substantiates the structural and functional model of instruction at career-oriented high school based on the principles of individualization amid blended learning, specifies the individualization of instruction as a means of compensating for educational losses at career-oriented high school, investigates the strategic orientations and successful practices for compensating educational losses, argues the individualization of instruction as a didactic mechanism for overcoming educational losses at career-oriented high school. Special attention is paid to the practical component of creating individual educational trajectory for career-oriented high school students amid blended learning and the technology for designing individual educational trajectory for career-oriented high school students is proposed. The methodical manual will be useful for heads and teachers of general secondary education institutions, scientific and scientific-and-teaching staff in the field of general secondary, postgraduate and adult education, postdoctoral students, civil servants of the education management system.
