Abstract

The article analyzes and highlights main approaches to formulation, definition and development of scientific and methodological competence according to the classificational characteristics of teachers’ professiograms in postgraduate pedagogical education, including facilitators, conceptualizes principles, approaches and technologies of their training. Conceptual and categorical apparatus of the research "facilitator", "audience effect", "processing", "transformative processing", "facilitation" is determined. Definition of the concept of "facilitator’s professional scientific and methodological competence" is formulated, which we consider as an integral characteristic that includes professional organization of group work aimed at personal development to focus students' attention, active communication, productive problem stating, independent research and finding solutions, summing up and argumentation with the help of convincing evidence, education of values-based attitude to people, environment, national culture using humanistic, dialogical, subject- subject communication; possesses unquestionable acceptance, awareness and attention; understanding; empathy and compassion; confidence in personality’s natural abilities, positive attitude to work; encouraging learners’ optimism; has the ability to understand the potential impact of values in cooperation with consumers of educational services; ability to act in accordance with personal and professional values, approach the situation without prejudice and with a positive attitude, change behavior, style depending on the requests and needs of the group and developed competencies (organizational and managerial, organizational and methodological, methodological, psychological, linguistic and communicative, intellectual -emotional, prognostic-modeling, critical thinking, monitoring-expert, moral-ethical, humanitarian, ideological, multicultural); professional development of comprehensive and objective perception of a learner as a partner, generating his trust, empathy in joint activities, anticipation and conflicts prevention; responsibility for the influence of personal characteristics and specifics of the situation on disclosure of group members to jointly create new ideas, products, project development and achieve the goal. Professiogram of the facilitator in postgraduate pedagogical education with the characteristic of features of professional training, conceptualization of system qualities, knowledge, abilities, skills, maturity, readiness, responsibility and correspondence is developed. Scientific and methodological tools for defining key values, functions, types of facilitation in education, techniques and leading roles are updated. Types of competencies, expected results and opportunities for facilitation in education are analyzed and singled out.
