Abstract
The problem of the phenomenon of discrimination and the development of an anti-discrimination model of the development of education both in the current conditions of its functioning and in the future is updated, in particular with regard to the quality of obtaining education in other cultural conditions and in other education systems, as well as social well-being of schoolchildren from the number of refugee children from the war in Ukraine. The main causes of discrimination against them and those seeking education from other countries in various ways have been identified. The anti-discrimination model of education is characterized as being based on a philosophy of inclusion that recognizes and promotes the inherent value of every person, regardless of their status, age and individual abilities and opportunities, as well as race, nationality or other characteristics.
