Abstract

The collection is compiled on the basis of the materials of the participants of the Regional scientific and methodical intensive "Modern didactics for the development of professional skills of qualified workers: educational trends and requirements of the labor market", which took place on March 28, 2024. The co-organizers of the event were: the Department of Vocational Education Methodology and Social and Humanitarian Disciplines of the Bylotserk Institute of Continuous Vocational Education of the DZVO "UMO" of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, the Educational and Methodological Center of Vocational and Technical Education in the Donetsk Region, the Educational and Methodical Center of Vocational and Technical Education in the Dnipropetrovsk Region, Educational -methodical cabinet of vocational and technical education in Kyiv region, State vocational and technical educational institution "Vinnytsia Higher Vocational School of the Service Sphere". Current issues of modern didactics were discussed in the aspect of studying educational trends and the latest trends in the labor market for the improvement of scientific and methodical ways of developing the required competencies of specialists of the new formation, formation and development of professional skills of qualified workers in the conditions of martial law and post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Scientific and expert reports were summarized, master classes and innovative pedagogical experience and best educational practices were presented. Scientifically verified prospects for the implementation of educational trends in the conditions of formal, informal and informal education, the requirements and requests of the labor market for the formation of the required competences of specialists, the priority directions of the development of professional education in the conditions of martial law and the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, the implementation of the competence approach in modern professional education, professional retraining and advanced training of modern specialists, the latest trends in the development of professional skills of qualified workers, the theory and methodology of modern didactic processes.
