Abstract

The optimal parameters of the complexity of educational texts for younger schoolchildren are substantiated with reference to domestic scientific sources. The work of foreign scientists on the formation of visual perception mechanisms in younger schoolchildren, which have a direct impact on schoolchildren's understanding of texts of various levels of complexity, is disclosed.
