Abstract

The work emphasizes the importance of students' technical creative imagination in the process of their creation of technical objects (products). The methodical features of students' formation of concepts: "imagination", "creative imagination", "creative technical imagination" have been considered, corresponding definitions have been formulated. The psychological essence of technical creative imagination has been substantiated. Means and ways of developing students' technical creative imagination have been considered.
