Abstract

The paper substantiates the importance of students' conscious use of the constituent foundations of the psychology of creativity in the process of designing and constructing technical objects (products). The peculiarities and place of the following components have been considered in detail in the specified creative activity of students: associations, associative and technical thinking, technical creative imagination. According to the results of the research, a conclusion has been formulated: the methodically correct approach of the teacher to the organization of the creative process of designing and constructing products, the development of creative projects will ensure the effective development of the most important creative abilities in the students, the formation of key and subject competencies and cross-cutting skills in them.
