Abstract

The problem of compliance of the educational offers of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions with the requirements of the labor market is extremely urgent in wartime conditions. After all, if the acquired profession is not relevant in the labor market, graduates will have difficulties in finding employment. The labor market is one of the most complex elements of the market economy, in the process of which the interests of the worker and the employer are intertwined in determining the price of labor and operating conditions, as well as reflecting all the socio-economic processes taking place in the state. In the city of Bila Tserkva, Kyiv region, the educational offers of vocational (vocational and technical) education institutions meet the requirements of the labor market.
