Abstract

The peculiarities and circumstances of the modernization processes in the educational activities of special education institutions are analyzed on the basis of substantiated scientific achievements of scientists, provisions of legislation regarding the application of competence-based and bilingual approaches using Ukrainian sign language and Ukrainian language.
