Abstract
The article outlines the main aspects of organising the educational space in a service sector vocational education institution. It is noted that the service sector occupies a special place in the structure of economic relations. The peculiarities of professional training of students of vocational education institutions in certain professions are indicated, namely: "Travel agent" and "Postal operator". The article defines the concept of "educational environment" as a holistic and dynamic system, a complex multilevel and multifunctional formation that ensures interdependence and interaction of its components within the framework of common basic standards, and as a complex hierarchical structure, a pyramid of spaces of different levels: global, continental, individual country and region, local (individual educational institution), family, personal. It is proved that the effective organisation of the educational environment should contribute to the innovative development of an educational institution; optimisation of the content, forms and methods of educational and scientific-methodical work; provision of psychological support to the subjects of the educational process. The role of pedagogical technologies in the educational process is noted. A number of innovative pedagogical technologies are outlined, including: problem-based learning technologies, game technologies, personality-oriented approach technologies, interactive and modular learning. On the example of Vinnytsia Higher Vocational School of Services, the concept of using a personality-oriented approach in the professional training of students is described. The functions of the psychological and pedagogical service and its importance in the organisation of the educational space are revealed. Attention is focused on the use of psychological and pedagogical technologies in the educational process during martial law. The results of a survey of first-year students of Vinnytsia Higher Vocational School of Services using the special methodology "Sociometry" are presented.
