Abstract

The publication reveals the essence of the introduction of acme technologies. the concept of pedagogical acmeology is presented. The main factors of personality growth are highlighted. The experience of implementing acme technologies is outlined on the example of the Vinnytsia Higher Vocational School of the Service Sector.
