Abstract

Тoday, the labor market is waiting for an effective estimate of up to 5 million veterans to return to civilian life. These people are noted for their professionalism, gain new useful skills on the job, and can help employers overcome staff shortages. But public organizations and businesses should already now explore the obstacles that veterans will face and prepare qualitatively to solve these problems.
