Abstract

The presented manual highlights the current issues and technologies of management of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions in crisis conditions, in particular the issues of result-based management, development of public-private partnership of institutions and project management. Technologies of result-based management, principles of effective public-private partnership of professional (vocational-technical) education institutions, technology of partnership interaction with stakeholders, tips on organizing effective communication with partners and members of project teams, conceptualization models are presented, as well as tools for formulation of project goals, substantiation of project performance indicators etc. Reference information is also presented: online resources for development partnerships, a list of professional associations and unions, a list of international projects implemented on the basis of public-private partnerships, resources for finding grants, etc. For managers and teaching staff of professional (vocational and technical) education institutions.
