Abstract
The content of the article establishes the directions and content of scientific and methodical support for the development of inclusive competence of specialists in professional (vocational and technical) education in the setting of the Institute of Continuous Professional Education. Attention is drawn to the fact that the system of continuous professional education provides an opportunity to overcome the gap between the acquired professional training of teachers in higher education institutions, which did not include development of inclusive knowledge and skills. The performance abilities of the specialists of professional (vocational and technical) education in the conditions of inclusive education require the presence of the necessary amount of knowledge and skills, embodied in the ability to perform professional functions, taking into account the specifics of education seekers with special educational needs, creating conditions for the development and self-development of the individual in the conditions of inclusive educational environment. The results of the conducted research on the study of professional requests and needs of vocational training specialists regarding the implementation of modern technologies of inclusive education are presented. The training of vocational training specialists (masters of industrial training, senior masters, teachers of vocational and theoretical training) for the implementation of inclusive education is a complex system of interaction between the subjects of the educational process of professional development in institutes of postgraduate professional education, aimed at the acquisition of special knowledge, skills by students, and skills in the theory and practice of inclusive education.
