Abstract

Ukraine has overcome the 33-year threshold of its state sovereignty. At the threshold of the 21st century, there was a huge global explosion that Ukraine survived and withstood - the collapse of political, economic, social systems, a change in values, as a result of which the global situation and the overall picture changed radically the world, Europe.
