Abstract

Theses examine the use of STEM technologies in the formation of healthy life skills. One such technology is wearable gadgets that allow you to monitor your health. Most STEM occupations are sedentary. Therefore, the ability to plan care for one's professional health is an important element of planning one's professional career. And STEM technologies for STEM specialists have a significant valuable impact and are an integral part of the formation of healthy life skills in such students.
