Abstract

The article analyzes studies that deal with the problems of improving the mental health of preschool children with the help of laugh therapy. Сheerful and happy child creates the atmosphere of happiness and high spirits among the people. Therapy of laugh is one of the youngest and perspective methods of art therapy that gains the world popularity with every year. This method is used both to treat children aged from 2 months (those who are already able to laugh) and the adults. Unfortunately this method is not widespread in Ukraine. Although now in such a difficult crisis period, therapy of laugh is particularly relevant. The importance and urgency of the laugh therapy in the formation of friendly and open nature of a child is established. As we know preschool age is characterized by the rapid development of the emotional sphere, which has a significant impact on the mastering of various activities and personal development of a child. he laughter is considered as a powerful natural mechanism to heal body and mind of a pupil. Nowadays, a few kinds of the therapy of laugh exist: the therapy of laugh itself, the yoga of laugh and the medical clowning. However, some specialitis divide laughter into objective and subjective. According to all features of programms, the educational guidelines for the use of therapy of laugh while working with children have been suggested: - during the grammar lesson,the teacher can suggest to read the part of the story with funny adventures; - during the class with the formation of elementary mathematical concepts as an example of solving the problem you can suggest an exercise with a funny text; - as a general "humorous exercise" for any type of the lessons you can choose funny physical activity; - during the music lesson you can show a child funny excerpt of dancing or clowning before the lesson; - during the class of language development, you can make children laugh by giving them some tasks to work on tongue twister; - during theatrical activities laughter exercises can be also incorporated into the program,as far as a good actor should be able to laugh on a command. The attempt to differentiate positive and negative laugh has been made. The importance of forming communication culture among pupils, the manifestation of good mood, the ability to control their behaviour and to predict the consequences of merriment have been specified.
