Abstract

The article examines the study of psychological safety in different countries. The research of psychological safety of the educational environment of teachers of pedagogical colleges of Ukraine is analyzed. It is shown that up to 39 % of teachers of pedagogical colleges are vulnerable in various situations of interaction in the educational institution. The data of the analysis of psychological safety depending on age and sex, sex and marital status are given. The main threats to the educational environment of the pedagogical college and possible causes are described.
