According to the results of dispersion analysis, the peculiarities of the selfefficacy of the studied teachers were determined depending on their organizational and professional (work experience, position, direction of education, qualification category, supervision) and socio-demographic (gender, age of the researched, seniority, marital status) characteristics. The most self-efficacious pedagogical workers of professional higher education institutions include: 1) managers; 2) age - from 30 to 40 years, 3) work experience - from 5 to 15 years, 4) married malemanagers, 5) socio-humanitarian direction of education; 6) heads of academic groups; 7) teachers of the highest category.
